3. Payments and Billing
All payments are due in full before work commences unless otherwise stated in your agreement or invoice.
We accept payments through secure gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
All fees are quoted in USD or GBP depending on your location or contract.
Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables specifically created for them, including content, reports, or strategy documents, unless otherwise stated.
BlueStoneSEO retains ownership of all proprietary processes, templates, frameworks, and internal tools used to deliver these services.
You may not resell, replicate, or distribute any BlueStoneSEO intellectual property without written consent.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the project.
We will not disclose, sell, or share your confidential data with third parties, except as required by law or for essential service delivery.
7. Third-Party Websites and Links
Our services may involve external publishers, vendors, or websites for outreach or placements.
While we work with vetted partners, BlueStoneSEO does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or future actions.
All link placements are subject to the publisher’s discretion and our Link Building Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
BlueStoneSEO will make every reasonable effort to provide professional, high-quality services.
However, we make no guarantees regarding specific search engine rankings, traffic volume, or conversions.
We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or reputation arising from the use or inability to use our services, including outcomes affected by search engine algorithm updates or third-party actions.
Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice.
If work has already begun, the client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination.
BlueStoneSEO reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if the client engages in unethical practices, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
