BlueStoneSEO Ltd provides digital marketing and SEO services, including link building, content creation, and outreach campaigns. Due to the nature of our work and the immediate allocation of resources upon purchase, all payments made for our services are considered final.
We deliver non-tangible, irrevocable services; therefore, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or been completed.
However, we do believe in fair resolution and client satisfaction.
In exceptional cases, we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your service or deliverable, please contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your email, our team will review your concern and work with you to address it promptly.
If we are unable to resolve the issue or deliver an acceptable replacement, we may issue a credit equal to the full value of the service purchased. This credit will never expire and can be applied toward any future BlueStoneSEO service.
If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the product or service you ordered, a full refund will be issued – no questions asked.
Link Building Terms
Our guarantee ensures that all acquired backlinks remain live for a minimum of 6 months from the date of delivery.
If any link is removed within that period, we will replace it with an equal or better-quality opportunity at no additional charge.
We cannot offer refunds on link placements once they are live.
BlueStoneSEO operates as an outreach and link-building agency, not as the owner of the websites where placements occur.
Because of this, certain factors are outside our control and are not covered by the 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- We cannot guarantee that publishers will accept your primary URL choice, particularly for promotional pages. Please provide an alternate informational URL.
- We cannot guarantee that your preferred anchor text will be used. Substitutions may occur at the publisher’s discretion.
- We cannot guarantee indexation of the page containing your link in any specific search engine.
- We cannot guarantee edits or modifications after publication. Once content is live, changes depend entirely on the publisher’s policies.
However, if there is an error (for example, misspelled anchor text), we will make every effort to correct it. - If you approve a site for link placement, it is assumed you have reviewed and accepted it. No refunds or replacements will be issued for changes of mind after approval.
- While we regularly review our partner sites, you are encouraged to perform your own due diligence before approving placements.
BlueStoneSEO makes no guarantees regarding specific SEO results or ranking improvements. Link building is only one of many factors influencing organic visibility, and results may vary based on numerous external conditions.
We are not liable for any negative outcomes, penalties, or ranking fluctuations that may occur as a result of link placements or algorithm updates.
Any dissatisfaction with links must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Claims related to our live link guarantee must be submitted within 180 days of delivery.
